ANNOUNCEMENT OF REGULATED INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE L.3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the L.3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), the Decision 1/434/3.07.07 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD, and on the basis of the obligation for transactions’ notification (article 13 of Law Ν.3340/2005 and article 6 of Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD), that the company LENIDI S.A., legal entity related to Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, executive member of the Company’s BoD, proceeded on September 14th 2016 to the purchase of 5,100 common shares in total at the average price of 9.43 euros of total value 48,117 euros.
