The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the L.3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), the Decision 1/434/3.07.07 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD, and on the basis of the obligation for transactions’ notification (article 13 of Law Ν.3340/2005 and article 6 of Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD), the following:
- Mr. Evangelos Kypriotis son of Christos, “”Other Manager” of the Company, proceeded on Dec 06 2016 and Dec 07 2016 to the sale of 8,000 common shares at the average price of 10.82 euros of total value 86,579.62 euros.
- Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on December 07 2016 to the sale of 200 common shares at the price of 10.93 euros of total value 2,186 euros.
