ANNOUNCEMENT
Pursuant to the L. 3556 and following a notification dated 17/09/2010 sent by its shareholders GRIGORIS SARANTIS, KYRIAKOS SARANTIS, AIKATERINI SARANTI, MARGINPLUS INVESTMENTS LTD., IRINA INVESTMENTS HOLDING S.A., the company GR. SARANTIS SA announces that, due to acquisition of voting rights, the total percentage of their direct and indirect participation in the voting rights of GR. SARANTIS S.A. was increased more than 3%, and therefore is equal to 40.800% (i.e. 15,647,280 voting rights). This is analyzed as follows:
