GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting dated April 23rd 2024, the Company proceeded on March 30th 2026 with the acquisition of 6,800 own shares at the average price of 13.89 euros per share and at a total value of 94,435.00 euros.
Following this purchase, the Company holds 354,488 own shares, corresponding to 0.56% of the Company’s total outstanding number of shares.
This announcement is issued in accordance with article 49 of L. 4548/2018, Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council, and the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.

Announcement of payment of the dividend for the financial year 2025
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. (the “Company”) announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company dated April 20th, 2026, approved the distribution of a dividend of 0.3924646782 euro per share for the financial year 2025, in accordance with the provisions of Greek legislation.
