Our Production Facilities

Throughout our history, we've focused on creating high-quality products for the everyday needs of our consumers, while maintaining excellent health and safety conditions for all our employees and adopting socially responsible practices and environmentally friendly production methods. 

Our production plants in Greece, Poland and Ukraine manufacture the largest part of our products and they all operate under the strictest quality and safety criteria. By applying an Integrated Management System, which includes International Standards on Quality, Energy and Good Manufacturing Practices, we guarantee the highest quality of our products and embed environmentally friendly methods in our production operations.

In the area of production, adopting sustainable development practices is a key component of our strategy within the supply chain. The efficient use of energy and natural resources, the use of renewable energy resources, the mitigation of waste production and their rational management, the manufacturing of more environmentally friendly products have been and still remain our commitments vis-à-vis the environmental challenges.

The Group is committed in applying the most updated technologies for safety and environmental protection, strictly following all relevant local and European regulations.

We constantly invest in upgrading our facilities and equipment, but also in managing our energy resources more efficiently and in developing our employees to constantly upgrade their skills and know-how, in order to fulfil their potential. The Group’s engineers and plant technicians work together to design and utilize the latest technology to allow our manufacturing plants to produce the highest quality products. The main mission of our manufacturing teams is to provide the business divisions with high-quality products within the required timelines and under the best possible conditions of safety.

Group’s Production plant in Greece

  • Toiletries & Cosmetics (perfumes, sun-care, shower gel, haircare, skincare, deodorants)
  • HomeCare products (packaging products)
  • Including specialized R&D.
  • A “Solar system” has been installed which transforms solar power intο cooling energy, covering part of the plant’s needs in air conditioning.
  • Natural Gas has fully replaced oil; as a result, gas emissions are reduced, operation is cleaner, and the energy cost was reduced as well.
  • Safety & Quality are Group’s main priorities. ISO 50001:2011 – Energy Management System, ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System, ISO 22716:2007 – GMP for Cosmetics, FSSC 22000-Food Safety Management System)
  • Energy ISO 50001 certification in 2018 contributes to further improvement of energy performance, to reducing energy use and thus reducing emissions of pollutants.
  • The Group received in 2019 FSSC 22000 – Food Safety System certification, proof of the high quality and safety of the household products it produces.

  • In the context of the Circular Economy there is a vertically integrated system for the production of recycling plastic film from consumer waste.

  • Packaging products (alu foil, food foil, baking products, etc)
  • BRC Consumer Products (Personal Care and Household).
  • Environmentally friendly production of bake-paper products resulting to less paper consumption and less waste.
  • Full implementation of GMPs
  • Low emissions through the use of gas for machines and fork-lifts, including also heating of the premises
  • Premium quality branded aluminum foil production with micro-embossing techniques on the products' surface

Making innovative bags with our patented TriplePak foil
  • A new technology is under development that will lead to new high-tech products (garbage bags) through automated processes.
  • The new garbage bags will be characterised by:
    • High durability
    • Better functionality & aesthetics
    • Cost efficiency
    • Higher ecological profile (higher percentage of recycled raw materials)
