Amendment of SarantisGroup Financial Calendar for 2013
Following the Board of Directors resolution dated 19/12/2013 regarding the interim payment for the Fiscal Year 2013, the company GR. SARANTIS S.A. informs of the following addition on its 2013 Financial Calendar:
Ex-Dividend Date: 17/01/2014.
Record Date: 21/01/2014.
Interim Dividend Payment: 24/01/2014 through the National Bank of Greece.
Interim Dividend amount: 0.297 eur per share, which is increased to 0.30 eur per share due to the Treasury Shares the Company holds. Following the subtraction of the 10% withholding tax, the net interim dividend amount payment amounts to 0.27 eur per share.

Release of Regulated Information: Transactions Notification
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou, Group Legal Counsel, sold on February 9 th of 2026, 150 common shares at the average price of 14.
