ANNOUNCEMENT
The company GR. SARANTIS SA announces that from 01/03/2007 the management control of the company Κ.THEODORIDIS S.A. TRADE-IMPORTS-CAR ITEMS REPRESENTATIVES (the «Company»), in which GR SARANTIS SA holds the 50%, is transferred for the coming twelve months to K. Theodoridis, which also holds the 50% of the Company.
Specifically, a Private Contract was agreed between the company GR. SARANTIS SA and the family of Konstantinos Theodoridis stating that the management control of the Company should be taken in turns every 12 months, starting on 01/03/2007, and following the BoD meeting of the Company on 27/02/2007, the new Board of Directors of Κ.THEODORIDIS S.A. TRADE-IMPORTS-CAR ITEMS REPRESENTATIVES became a body the majority of which was nominated by Mr. Konstantinos Theodoridis.
The new BoD composition of the company Κ.THEODORIDIS S.A. TRADE-IMPORTS-CAR ITEMS REPRESENTATIVES is as follows:
Chairman and Managing Director Konstantinos Theodoridis, Vice-Chairman Maria Theodoridi and members Nikolaos Bogeas, Maria Anasontzi, Kyriakos Voulgarakis (members nominated by Mr. Theodoridis), Konstantinos Rozakeas, Loukas Skitsos and Konstantinos Stamatiou (members nominated by GR. Sarantis SA).
