SARANTIS S.A., announces, according to the L.3556, that the Company's Figures & Information for the period 01/01/2010 to 30/09/2010 will be published tomorrow 30/11/2010 in the newspapers “XRIMATISTIRIO” and “ELEFTHEROS” and are already available, together with the 9M Financial Report, at the company's website www.sarantis.gr as well as the Athens Exchange website www.ase.gr.

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou, Group Legal Counsel, sold on February 9 th of 2026, 150 common shares at the average price of 14.
