The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mrs. Elpiniki Saranti, person closely associated to the Non-Executive member of the BoD Mr. Pantazis Sarantis (person subject to the notification obligation pursuant to article 13 of L.3340), proceeded on 14/06/10 to the purchase of 1,593 common shares at the price of 4.25 euros of total value 6,765.81 euros and on 16/06/10 to the purchase of 607 common shares at the price of 4.43 euros of total value 2,690.85 euros.
