SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that the company IRINA INVESTMENTS HOLDING S.A., legal person connected to the Vice-President of the BoD Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis, proceeded on 23/07/09 to the sale of 12,340,000 (twelve million three hundred and forty thousand) common shares at the price of 0.03 euros (three cents) of total value 370,200 euros (three hundred seventy thousand and two hundred euros) and the company MARGINPLUS INVESTMENTS LIMITED, legal person connected to the Vice-President of the BoD Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis, proceeded on 23/07/09 to the purchase of 12,340,000 (twelve million three hundred and forty thousand) common shares at the price of 0.03 euros (three cents) of total value 370,200 euros (three hundred seventy thousand and two hundred euros).
