ANNOUNCEMENT OF REGULATED INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE L. 3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that the company MARGINPLUS INVESTMENTS LIMITED, which is closely associated to Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chariman of the BoD, Mr. Kyriakos Satantis, Vice-Chairman of the BoD and Mrs. Aikaterini Saranti, non-executive member of the BoD (persons subject to the notification obligation pursuant to article 13 of L.3340), proceeded on 17/09/10 to the purchase of 915,000 (nine hundred fifteen thousand) common shares at the price of 3.80 euros (three euros and eighty cents) per share of total value 3,478,900 euros (three million four hundred seventy eight thousand and nine hundred euros).
