The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 17/09/09 to the purchase of 12,511 (twelve thousand five hundred and eleven) common shares at the price of 4.71 euros (four euros and seventy one cents) of total value 58,917.54 euros (fifty eight thousand nine hundred seventeen euros and fifty four cents).
