ANNOUNCEMENT
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 24/09/09 to the purchase of 12,489 (twelve thousand four hundred and eighty nine) common shares at the price of 4.98 euros (four euros and ninety eight cents) of total value 62,171.92 euros (sixty two thousand one hundred seventy one euros and ninety two cents).
