- Grigoris Sarantis (Chairman of The Board of Directors and Executive Member) purchased on September 12th of 2023, 30,000 common shares in total at the average price of 8.00 euro per share.
- Kyriakos Sarantis (Executive Member of the company’s BoD and CEO of the Group) purchased on September 12th of 2023, 70,000 common shares in total at the average price of 8.00 euro per share.
