Announcement of regulated information according to the L.3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the articles 3 and 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the following:

• Skylux S.A., a closely associated legal entity of Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis (Executive Member of the company’s BoD and Managing Director of the Group), bought on April 27^th of 2023 2,000 common shares in total at the average price of 6.87 euro per share.
• Zalek S.A., a closely associated legal entity of Mr. Grigoris Sarantis (Chairman of the company’s BoD), bought on April 27^th of 2023 12,000 common shares in total at the average price of 6.92 euro per share.
• Hawkeye Holdings Ltd., a closely associated legal entity of Messrs. Kyriakos Sarantis, Grigoris Sarantis and Aikaterini Sarantis, members of the Company's Board of Directors, on April 26^th 2023 bought 14,412 common shares at an average price of 6.91 euros per share and on April 27^th 2023 bought 46,869 common shares at an average price of 6.92 euros per share.
