Announcement of regulated information according to the L.3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the articles 3 and 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the following:

• Zalek S.A., a closely associated legal entity of Mr. Grigoris Sarantis (Chairman of the company’s BoD), bought on April 28^th of 2023 15,614 common shares in total at the average price of 6.96 euro per share.
• Alexandros Sarantis, a closely associated person of Mr. Grigoris Sarantis (Chairman of the company’s BoD), bought on April 28^th of 2023 21,565 common shares in total at the average price of 6.98 euro per share.
• Hawkeye Holdings Ltd., a closely associated legal entity of Messrs. Kyriakos Sarantis, Grigoris Sarantis and Aikaterini Sarantis, members of the Company's Board of Directors, on April 28^th 2023 bought 74,700 common shares at an average price of 7.14 euros per share.
