The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the articles 3 and 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the following:
- Skylux S.A., a closely associated legal entity of Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis (Executive Member of the company’s BoD and Managing Director of the Group), bought on April 25th of 2023 2,469 common shares in total at the average price of 6.64 euro per share.
- Hawkeye Holdings S.A., a closely associated legal entity of Messrs. Kyriakos Sarantis, Grigoris Sarantis and Aikaterini Sarantis, members of the Company's Board of Directors, on April 25th 2023 bought 4,600 common shares at an average price of 6.81 euros per share.
