The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the articles 3 and 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the following:
- Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis (Vice Chairman of the company’s BoD and Managing Director of the Group), sold on January 29th,30th and on February 01st of 2019, through a closely associated legal entity, 51.679 common shares in total at the average price of 7.19 euro per share.
- Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chairman of the company’s BoD, sold on January 30th and 31st of 2019 67,580 common shares in total at the average price of 7.31 euro per share.
