The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the articles 3 and 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the following:

Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis (Vice Chairman of the company’s BoD and Managing Director of the Group), Mr. Grigoris Sarantis (Chairman of the company’s BoD) and Mrs. Ekaterini Saranti (Non-executive member of the company’s BoD) sold each, on February 6th 2018, through a closely associated legal entity, 30,000 common shares each at the price of 14.40 euro per share.
Moreover, Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis (Vice Chairman of the company’s BoD and Managing Director of the Group) sold on February 7th 2018, 10,000 common shares at the price of 14.55 euro per share.

Release of Regulated Information: Transactions Notification

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Krzysztof Kaminski, General Manager of Czech & Slovakia Business Unit, proceeded on October 24th of 2025 with the purchase of 4,000 common shares in total at the average price of 12.
