The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the L.3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), the Decision 1/434/3.07.07 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD, and on the basis of the obligation for transactions’ notification (article 13 of Law Ν.3340/2005 and article 6 of Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD), that Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on 11/04/16 to the sale of 120 common shares at the price of 8.62 euros of total value 1,034.25 euros.
