The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the L.3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), the Decision 1/434/3.07.07 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD, and on the basis of the obligation for transactions’ notification (article 13 of Law Ν.3340/2005 and article 6 of Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD), the following:
- Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chairman of the Company’s BoD, proceeded on 22/04/2016 to the sale of 18,800 common shares at the price of 9.00 euros of total value 169,200 euros.
- Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on 22/04/16 to the sale of 200 common shares at the price of 9.01 euros of total value 1,802 euros.

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou, Group Legal Counsel, sold on February 9 th of 2026, 150 common shares at the average price of 14.
