The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the articles 3 and 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the following:
- Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chairman of the Company’s BoD, sold on May 5th of 2020 15,000 common shares at the price of 8.31 euro per share.
- Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, executive member of the Company’s BoD, during May 5th, May 6th and May 7th of 2020, sold 35,200 common shares in total at the average price of 8.36 euro per share.
