The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the L.3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), the Decision 1/434/3.07.07 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD, and on the basis of the obligation for transactions’ notification (article 13 of Law Ν.3340/2005 and article 6 of Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD), the following:
- Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chairman of the Company’s BoD, proceeded on 12/05/2016 to the sale of 10,000 common shares at the price of 9.21 euros of total value 92,100 euros.
- Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis, Vice- Chairman of the Company’s BoD, proceeded on 12/05/2016 and on 13/05/2016 to the sale of 39,851 common shares in total at the price of 9.21 euros of total value 367,027.71 euros.
