The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the L.3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), the Decision 1/434/3.07.07 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD, and on the basis of the obligation for transactions’ notification (article 13 of Law Ν.3340/2005 and article 6 of Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD), that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis, Vice- Chairman of the Company’s BoD, proceeded on 16/05/2016 and on 18/05/2016 to the purchase of 2,362 common shares in total at the price of 9.29 euros of total value 21,938.60 euros.
