The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the articles 3 and 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the following:

Mr. Evangelos Kypriotis, Executive manager of the company, sold on June 12th 2018 761 common shares at the price of 14.80 euro per share and on June 13th 2018 2,757 common shares at the price of 7.82 euro per share.
Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Group, sold on June 12th 2018 10,000 common shares at the price of 14.50 euro per share.

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Krzysztof Kaminski, General Manager of Czech & Slovakia Business Unit, proceeded on October 24th of 2025 with the purchase of 4,000 common shares in total at the average price of 12.
