The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the L.3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), the Decision 1/434/3.07.07 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD, and on the basis of the obligation for transactions’ notification (article 13 of Law Ν.3340/2005 and article 6 of Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD), that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis, Vice- Chairman of the Company’s BoD, proceeded on June 13th 2016 and on June 14th 2016 to the purchase of 1,000 common shares in total at the average price of 8.99 euros of total value 8,990 euros.
