The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the articles 3 and 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the following:
- Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis (Vice Chairman of the company’s BoD and Managing Director of the Group), purchased, on July 24th , July 25th and July 26th of 2018, through a closely associated legal entity, 2,345 common shares in total at the average price of 6.96 euro per share.
- Mr. Evangelos Kypriotis, Executive manager of the company, sold on July 26th 2018 6,160 common shares in total at the average price of 6.96 euro per share.

Acquisition of Own Shares
GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting dated April 20th 2026, the Company proceeded on 7th August with the acquisition of 7,000 own shares at the average price of 15.
