ANNOUNCEMENT OF REGULATED INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE L.3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the articles 3 and 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that

on September 15th 2017 the following Senior Executives (persons subject to transactions notification according to a.13 of L.3340) acquired Sarantis shares in the context of the Company’s stock option plan:

1. Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis, Vice-Chairman of the BoD and CEO, 59,100 shares of total value 118,200 euros.
2. Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chairman of the BoD, 31,400 shares of total value 62,800 euros.
3. Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Group, 29,500 shares of total value 59,000 euros.
4. Mr. Evangelos Kypriotis, Chief Commercial Officer, 20,760 shares of total value 41,520 euros.
5. Mr. Vasilis Meintanis, Accountant Director of the Group, 10,000 shares of total values 20,000 euros.
6. Mr. Antonis Ayiostratitis, Board Member of the Group, 7,000 shares of total value 14,000 euros.
