The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the articles 3 and 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the following:
- Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis (Vice Chairman of the company’s BoD and Managing Director of the Group), sold on September 21st and 25th of 2018, through a closely associated legal entity, 56,380 common shares in total at the average price of 7.55 euro per share.
- Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chairman of the company’s BoD, sold on September 25th 2018 25,000 common shares at the price of 7.60 euro per share.
- Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer of the Group, sold on September 25th 2018 20,000 common shares at the price of 7.60 euro per share.
- Mr. Vasilis Meintanis, Accountant Director of the Group, sold on September 25th 2018 3,000 common shares at the price of 7.60 euro per share.

Acquisition of Own Shares
GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting dated April 20th 2026, the Company proceeded on 7th August with the acquisition of 7,000 own shares at the average price of 15.
