The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the articles 3 and 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the following:
- on September 28th 2017 Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the company’s BoD and Managing Director of the Group, sold 10,000 common shares at the price of 12.02 euro per share of total value 120,222 euro.
- on September 29th 2017 Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the company’s BoD and Managing Director of the Group, and Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chairman of the company’s BoD, each sold 25,000 common shares at the price of 12.28 euro per share of total value 307,000 euro.

Acquisition of Own Shares
GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting dated April 20th 2026, the Company proceeded on 7th August with the acquisition of 7,000 own shares at the average price of 15.
