The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the L.3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), the Decision 1/434/3.07.07 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD, and on the basis of the obligation for transactions’ notification (article 13 of Law Ν.3340/2005 and article 6 of Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD) the following:
- Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the Group, proceeded on October 20 2016 to the sale of 58,970 common shares at the price of 9.98 euros of total value 588,546.32 euros.
- Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chairman of the BoD, proceeded on October 20 2016 to the sale of 20,000 common shares at the price of 9.98 euros of total value 199,600 euros.
- Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on October 20 2016 to the sale of 300 common shares at the price of 9.88 euros of total value 2,964.30 euros.
