The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the L.3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), the Decision 1/434/3.07.07 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD, and on the basis of the obligation for transactions’ notification (article 13 of Law Ν.3340/2005 and article 6 of Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD) that Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chairman of the BoD, proceeded on October 31 2016 to the sale of 15,000 common shares at the price of 10.05 euros of total value 150,750 euros.
