The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the L.3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21), the Decision 1/434/3.07.07 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD, and on the basis of the obligation for transactions’ notification (article 13 of Law Ν.3340/2005 and article 6 of Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD) the following:
- The company Tempus Real Estate Holdings Limited, legal entity related to Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the Group, Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Chairman of the BoD, and Mrs. Aikaterini Saranti, Non-executive member of the BoD, proceeded on November 14 2016 to the sale of 1,153 common shares at the price of 10.19 euros of total value 11,746.63 euros.
- Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on November 11 2016 to the sale of 200 common shares at the price of 10.38 euros of total value 2,076 euros.

Acquisition of Own Shares
GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting dated April 20th 2026, the Company proceeded on 7th August with the acquisition of 7,000 own shares at the average price of 15.
