The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the articles 3 and 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the following:
- the company MARGINPLUS INVESTMENTS LTD., legal entity closely associated with Kiriakos, Grigoris and Ekaterini Saranti, Members of the company’s BoD, sold on November 16th 4,400 common shares at the price of 12.47 euro per share.
- Mr. Antonis Ayiostratitis, Member of the Company’s BoD, sold in November 15th, 600 common shares in total at the price of 12.70 euro per share.
