The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the articles 3 and 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the following:
- Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis (Vice Chairman of the company’s BoD and Managing Director of the Group) acquired on November 21st 2017, through a closely associated legal entity, 324,200 common shares at the average price of 11.10 euro per share.
- Mr. Grigoris Sarantis (Chairman of the company’s BoD) acquired on November 21st 2017, through a closely associated legal entity, 270,000 common shares at the average price of 11.10 euro per share.
- Mrs. Ekaterini Saranti (Non-executive member of the company’s BoD) acquired on November 21st 2017, through a closely associated legal entity, 300,000 common shares at the average price of 11.10 euro per share.
- Mr. Pantazis G. Sarantis (Executive Manager) bought on November 21st 2017 30,000 common shares ate the price of 11.10 euro per share.
- Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Group, bought on November 21st 2017 22,600 common shares ate the price of 11.10 euro per share.
