The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the articles 3 and 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the following:
- on December 03rd and 04th of 2019 Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis (Vice Chairman of the company’s BoD and Managing Director of the Group), proceeded to the sale of 75,000 common shares at the average price of 8.39 euro per share.
- on December 03rd and 05th of 2019 Mr. Grigoris Sarantis (Chairman of the company’s BoD), proceeded to the sale of 100,000 common shares at the average price of 8.49 euro per share.
