SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 10/01/08 to the purchase of 2,658 (two thousand six hundred and fifty eight) common shares at the price of 13.40 euros (thirteen euros and forty cents) of total value 35,617.20 euros (thirty five thousand six hundred seventeen euros and twenty cents).

SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that Mr. Grigoris Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and NonExecutive Member of the Board, proceeded on November 19th of 2025, as well as on November 21st of 2025 with the purchase of 27,000 common shares in total at the average price of 12.
