The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 10/01/08 to the purchase of 2,658 (two thousand six hundred and fifty eight) common shares at the price of 13.40 euros (thirteen euros and forty cents) of total value 35,617.20 euros (thirty five thousand six hundred seventeen euros and twenty cents).

Announcement of significant change to the voting rights according to Law 3556/2007

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a notification received from FMR LLC on August 8 th, 2025, announces that, as a result of a disposal of voting rights, the total percentage of voting rights indirectly held by FMR LLC through controlled undertakings in the Company, fell below the 10% threshold on August 7 th , 2025, reaching 9.
