The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 11/01/08 to the purchase of 52,342 (fifty two thousand three hundred and forty two) common shares at the average price of 12.82 euros (twelve euros eighty two cents) of total value 671,094.82 euros (six hundred seventy one thousand ninety four euros and eighty two cents).
