ANNOUNCEMENT OF REGULATED INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE LAW 3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that on 14/01/2013 the following executives (persons subject to transactions notification according to a.13 of L.3340) acquired Sarantis shares in the context of the Company’s stock option plan:

1. Mr. Nikos Evangelou Deputy Managing Director of the Group, 47,500 shares of total value 95,000 euros.
2. Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Group, 47,500 shares of total value 95,000 euros.
3. Mr. Evangelos Kypriotis, Hellas General Manager, 20,000 shares of total value 40,000 euros.
4. Mrs. Marta Szczepkowska, General Manager of a subsidiary company Sarantis Group, 15,000 shares of total value 30,000 euros.
5. Mr. Petar Labudovic, General Manager of a subsidiary company of Sarantis Group, 12,000 shares of total value 24,000 euros.
6. Mr. Antonis Ayiostratitis, Senior Manager of the Group, 10,000 shares of total value 20,000 euros.
7. Mr. Kostas Stamatiou, Legal Advisor of the Group, 15,000 shares of total value 30,000 euros.
8. Mr. Krzysztof Kaminski, General Manager of a subsidiary company of Sarantis Group, 13,000 shares of total value 26,000 euros.
