ANNOUNCEMENT OF REGULATED INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE LAW 3556

The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:

• Mr. Michal Czajka, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 14/01/13 to the sale of 7,932 common shares at the average price of 4.50 euros  of total value 35,694 euros.
• Mr. Petar Labudovic, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 15/01/13 to the sale of 10,000 common shares at the price of 4.22 euros of total value 42,249 euros.
• Mr. Charalampos Sgouridis, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 15/01/13 to the sale of 120 common shares at the price of 4.46 euro of total value 535.20 euro and on 16/01/13 to the sale of 5,429 common shares at the price of 4.21 euro of total value 22,864.89 euro.
