ANNOUNCEMENT

• Mr. Dimitris Papanikolaou son of Panagiotis, shareholder and “Other Manager” of the Company (according to a.13 of the L.3340), proceeded on 16/01/08 to the sale of 5,000 (five thousand) common shares at the average price of 11.31 euros (eleven euros and thirty one cents) of total value 56,575 euros (fifty six thousand five hundred and seventy five euros).
• Mr. Tilemahos Stefanakis son of Stefanos, shareholder and Regulatory Affairs Manager of the Company proceeded on 22/01/08 to the sale of 1,000 (one thousand) common shares at the average price of 10.66 euros (ten euros sixty six cents) of total value 10,664 euros (ten thousand six hundred and sixty four euros).
