ANNOUNCEMENT
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 the following:
- Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Executive member of the BoD, proceeded on 24/01/11 to the purchase of 5,000 (five thousand) common shares at the price of 2.90 euros (two euros and ninety cents) of total value 14,500 euros (fourteen thousand five hundred euros).
- Mr. Antonios Agiostratitis son of Miltiadis, “Other Manager” of the Company, proceeded on 24/01/11 to the purchase of 5,000 (five thousand) common shares at the price of 2.90 euros (two euros and ninety cents) of total value 14,500 euros (fourteen thousand five hundred euros).
