ANNOUNCEMENT
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mrs. Elpiniki Saranti, person connected to the Non-Executive member of the BoD Mr. Pantazis Sarantis, proceeded on 27/01/10 to the purchase of 6,000 common shares at the average price of 3.97 euros of total value 23,822.20 euros and on 28/01/10 to the purchase of 9,000 common shares at the average price of 3.90 euros of total value 35,109.94 euros.
