The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mrs. Elpiniki Saranti, person connected to the Non-Executive member of the BoD Mr. Pantazis Sarantis, proceeded on 02/02/10 to the purchase of 4,850 common shares at the average price of 3.89 euros of total value 18,891.50 euros and on 03/02/2010 to the purchase of 6,700 common shares at the average price of 3.98 euros of total value 26,772.50 euros.
