ANNOUNCEMENT
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, the following:
- Mr. George Liossatos, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 30/01/13 to the sale of 2,000 common shares at the price of 4.40 euros of total value 8,800 euros and on 01/02/2013 to the sale of 1,000 common shares at the price of 4.40 euros of total value 4,400 euros.
- Mr. Dimitris Haikalis, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded on 04/02/13 to the sale of 2,000 common shares at the price of 4.40 euro of total value 8,800 euro.
