The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Executive member of the BoD, proceeded on 03/02/11 to the purchase of 4,301 (four thousand three hundred and one) common shares at the price of 2.94 euros (two euros and ninety four cents) of total value 12,647.33 euros (twelve thousand six hundred forty seven euros and thirty three cents).
