The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, shareholder and Executive BoD member, proceeded on 04/02/11 to the purchase of 2,500 (two thousand five hundred) common shares at the price of 2.92 euros (two euros and ninety two cents) of total value 7,300 euros (seven thousand three hundred euros) and on 07/02/11 to the purchase of 25 (twenty five) common shares at the price of 2.97 (two euros and ninety seven cents) of total value 74.25 euros (seventy four euros and twenty five cents).
