SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mrs. Anastasia-Stavroula Latsou, “Other Manager” of the Group, proceeded to the following sales: on 07/02/13 11 common shares at the price of 4.50 euros of total value 49.50 euros, on 11/02/13 110 common shares at the price of 4.48 euros of total value 492.80 euros and on 12/02/13 124 common shares at the price of 4.42 euros of total value 548.08 euros.
