The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that:
- Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 17/02/12 to the purchase of 30,000 common shares at the price of 2.09 euro of total value 62,700 euro.
- Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Executive member of the BoD, proceeded on 17/02/12 to the purchase of 10,000 common shares at the price of 2.0986 euros of total value 20,986 euros.
