The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 27/02/09 to the purchase of 751 (seven hundred and fifty one) common shares at the average price of 3.42 euros (three euros and forty two cents) of total value 2,568.42 euros (two thousand five hundred sixty eight and forty two cents).
